Debt settlement of SEK 23.3 million completed after the sale of solar parks. Creturner changes management and Board of Directors ahead of international expansion.
The future of Creturner is with an international focus on climate technology. The sale of the solar parks is now completed and paid for, and a debt settlement of SEK 23.3 million has been signed. There will be a change in the position of CEO and Chairman of the Board.
With its unique solution methodology, Creturner has a well adapted solution to the new environmental reporting requirements introduced for companies both in the EU and also internationally, such as in California, the USA and Australia. Creturner has worked purposefully to become a part of this in the market. The aim is to establish a presence in key markets and for development to be customer-driven.
It has been a challenging economic period in general as well as for the company and a previous press release announced a declaration of intent to sell the solar parks established for the previously dominant digital business. That transaction has now been completed and as a result of subsequent transactions this reduces Creturner's debt by SEK 23.3 million. Creturner still has access to favourable prices for electric power through an additional agreement, which is positive for the digital part of HPC (High Performance Computing).
Together with the current CEO, Joakim Erlandson, the Board has come to the conclusion that the company's long-term development is best favoured if the current CEO transfers to a free consultant role with a focus on sales in Sweden. Ahead of continued processing both nationally and internationally, the Chairman of the Board Daniel Moström will take over the CEO role, which is in line with the ongoing dialogues on cooperation and establishment. The Board has initiated a process to elect a new person as Chairman of the company who can contribute with a network of contacts for the expansion. The final choice will be announced in good time before the next general meeting.
